The following is a report of the Avago AFEM-8214 High/Mid-Band (HB/MB) Front End Module (FEM) Architecture Analysis. The Avago AFEM-8214 is a multi-die HB/MB FEM that is capable of transmit and receive functions. It contains thirty die including three power amplifier die, a low noise amplifier die, four RF switch die, a RFFE controller die and twenty-one Film Bulk Acoustic Resonator (FBAR) filter die. The Avago AFEM-8214 HB/MB FEM was found on the Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max (A2484).
