This report presents a Partial Circuit Analysis of the Qualcomm WTR3925 transceiver receiver path. An architectural overview of the receiver is provided along with transistor level schematics of selected functional blocks. Designed to support all major cellular modes—including 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE—and major cellular bands from 700-2700 MHz, Qualcomm Technologies’ RF transceivers offer mobile device manufacturers a highly integrated multimode design that works in multiple regions around the world.
