The following is a report of the Skyworks SKY58083-11 Quad Band GSM/Low-Band (LB) RF Front End Module (FEM) Architecture Analysis. The Skyworks SKY58083-11 is a multi-die L-PAMiD that is capable of transmit and receive functions for 3G/4G/5G modes. It contains nine die including one power amplifier, a low noise amplifier, two RF switches, a RFFE controller die and four surface acoustic wave (SAW) duplexers. The Skyworks SKY58083-11 LB L-PAMiD was found on the Samsung Galaxy A53 5G (SM-A536VZKVZW) and Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra (SM-S908U) smartphones.
