Chia Mui Ping
Managing Director, Elemental Scientific Instruments Singapore. With over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, her expertise spans contamination control, ultra-high purity chemicals, analytical instrumentation, laboratory quality systems, and semiconductor process support. Having held leadership roles at Elemental Scientific Instruments, Kanto Kagaku, PerkinElmer, Merck, and Seagate Technology, she combines technical expertise with business leadership to help semiconductor manufacturers advance process reliability, analytical excellence, and innovation across Southeast Asia.

Katie Lingscheit
Research and Development Manager, Moses Lake Industries, Inc. After starting her professional career as a Quality Control Chemist at Tokyo Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. (TCI) in Portland, Oregon, USA, Katie joined Moses Lake Industries, Inc. (MLI) in 2015. At MLI she built a strong foundation in electrodeposition technologies. Her work with MLI has primarily focused on the development of advanced chemical packages for Damascene copper plating applications that are currently in use for the most advanced nodes at major semiconductor manufacturers. More recently, she is leading a research initiative evaluating the technical feasibility and implementation of a circular life cycle for the copper used in copper plating solutions, advancing sustainable practices within the semiconductor process.
