The innovative battery will debut in the Exeed Liefeng shooting brake, promising a 1,500 km range and reliable operation at -30 °C, positioning Chery at the forefront of Chinese EV battery innovation. Initially targeting ride-hailing and rental fleets for real-world data collection, Chery plans to begin mass production in 2027, challenging industry leaders like CATL and BYD who remain more cautious about solid-state battery deployment.
