Principal Technology Analyst (Memory)
As the Principal Technology Analyst of Technical Analysis, Chi Lim Tan is focused on 3D NAND process and technology. Concurrently serving as Technical Fellow (Memory), Chi Lim supports the development of memory related topics, the memory technology team and supporting process, system, and circuit functions.
At TechInsights, Chi Lim enhances the accuracy and quality of TechInsights analysis with his two decades of engineering experience in process integration, yield enhancement & optimization, new process setup, technology development, setup, & transfer, and research & development, for NOR, NAND, embedded and emerging Memories.
Prior to joining TechInsights, Chi Lim had held leading roles at multiple locations, including SSMC (NXP-TSMC joint venture), GlobalFoundries, imec, and Micron. He received his degrees from the National University of Singapore.
