Skyworks Temperature Compensated Surface Acoustic Wave (TC-SAW) Filter Acoustic Wave Filter Process Analysis

This report contains the results of the process analysis of the Skyworks temperature compensated surface acoustic wave resonator (TC-SAW) filter die from the Skyworks SKY50313 RF front-end (RFFE) module. This module was removed from the Apple iPhone 15 Pro A2848 5G smartphone. The Skyworks SKY50313 is a multi-die mid-band (MB), high-band (HB) front-end module (FEM) that is capable of transmit and receive functions. It contains a low noise amplifier (LNA) RF switch die, a power amplifier die, an RF Front End (RFFE) controller die, three surface acoustic wave (SAW) filter die and nine bulk acoustic wave (BAW) filters.
