The SmartSens SC535HGS is a monochrome 4.0 MP back-illuminated voltage domain global shutter (VDGS) CMOS image sensor (CIS) with a pixel pitch of 3.40 µm. It utilizes SmartGS®-2 Plus, single-frame knee point HDR, and high density MIM capacitors as storage node. The thicker active Si enables the SC535HGS achieve high quantum efficiency (QE) and full well capacity (FWC) improving its performance in low-light conditions. Dual conversion gain (DCG) and single-frame knee point HDR output images with a dynamic range of up to 78dB. The SC535HGS comes in a 160-pin ceramic land grid array (CLGA) package.
