NXP Semiconductors has introduced its third-generation S32R47 imaging radar processors, built on 16 nm FinFET technology. The new devices are already sampling to lead customers and targeting fitment on next-generation OEM platforms. Compared to the previous version, these new processors are claimed to offer up to twice the performance and 2.5 times the power efficiency.
