The Samsung ISOCELL Vizion 931 is a 2.2 µm pixel pitch, stacked back-illuminated voltage domain global shutter (VDGS) near infrared (NIR) CMOS Image Sensor (CIS) with VGA resolution. It is the first Samsung VDGS CIS analyzed by TechInsights, and it is the second Samsung image sensor using hybrid bond. This report provides a standard floorplan analysis of the ISP die (S5SRG4TX) from the Samsung ISOCELL Vizion 931 image sensor, which was extracted from the one of the Samsung Galaxy XR headset world-facing cameras.
