Industry-leading emerging memory players such as TSMC, GlobalFoundries, Samsung, UMC, Fujitsu, Sony, Renesas, Everspin, and Avalanche revealed commercial STT-MRAM and ReRAM products (20 nm-class CMOS Platform) used for embedded memory applications. Very recently, TSMC and NXP introduced 16nm FinFET-based automotive eMRAM chips. The technology roadmap covers the emerging storage NVM devices such as MRAM, PCRAM, ReRAM, FeRAM, and eFLASH, and their products, fabless companies, foundries, process nodes, and CMOS platforms up to 8nm and 5nm.
