iSMARTWARE SW1125 is a highly integrated quasi-resonant current-mode PWM converter for offline flyback converters with an integrated 650V GaN HEMT device. The device, which was extracted from the UGREEN Nexode 65 W charger, integrates a high-voltage startup circuit, line-voltage brown-out detection (BOD), and X-capacitor discharge. It operates in valley-switching mode with valley lock and includes frequency jittering to optimize EMI performance. When the load decreases, it switches from PFM to BURST mode to optimize light-load efficiency, with no-load standby power consumption below 50 mW.
