Global shipments of connected TV devices reached over 106.7 million units in the last quarter of the year, growing modestly by 0.4% to a yearly total of 313.2 million units, a 2% increase from the previous year. Game console sales returned to growth after the successful launch of the Nintendo Switch 2, which exceeded expectations. However, shipments of digital media streamers continued to decline in 2025, and global smart TV growth was affected by a steep, double-digit decline in China.
