Q4 2023 saw average lead times continue to fall for all automotive semiconductor components. Eight product segments have lead times at pre-pandemic levels under 16 weeks. Only five product segments still have lead times over 16 weeks. Embedded Processors and Controllers still have a longer lead time averaging almost 22 weeks across all suppliers. RF Semi and Devices lead times are at almost 19 weeks on average. Sensors, Power Management ICs, and Discretes have average lead times between 16 to 17 weeks.
